Kimberly moved to Cherokee County in 1979, and other than a few years in Houston, has lived in the northern Counties of the metropolitan Atlanta area ever since. Before moving to the gated mountain community of Big Canoe, she has owned primary residences & rental property in West Cobb & Bartow Counties.
Kimberly specializes in helping you sell or buy homes in north Georgia including Pickens, Dawson, Cherokee, Lumpkin & Gilmer Counties and the communities of Big Canoe, Bent Tree, & Lake Arrowhead. Prior to pursuing a life-long dream of becoming a Realtor® specializing in north Georgia real estate, Kimberly excelled as a professional Contract Negotiator, Account Manager, & Project Manager for a span of 30+ years. She also received certification as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, therefore accuracy, thoroughness, & efficiency in every part of the Real Estate process is her expertise.
In 2021, Kimberly & her Veteran husband, Roger, have been married 25 years. They have one daughter & two pups that rule their roost. In her spare time, Kimberly enjoys volunteering at Big Canoe Animal Rescue, hiking, kayaking, gardening, tackling DIY projects, paper crafting, & time with family & friends.
